Terms of Service

GrowthLeak provides website audits, leak-score reports, improvement recommendations, and related SaaS features for business users. Scores and findings are derived from heuristic analysis based on industry benchmarks. You are responsible for how you use the information we provide.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change features, pricing pages, or plan limits over time as the product evolves.

Scores, findings, and any estimated impact figures are approximations based on publicly observable signals and industry benchmarks. They are informational only. We do not guarantee any specific revenue increase, traffic improvement, or business outcome resulting from acting on our recommendations.

• You may only submit URLs that you own or are explicitly authorized to audit.
• You may not use GrowthLeak to scan, test, or analyze websites without the owner's permission.
• You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reverse-engineer protected parts of the product.
• Automated bulk scanning, scraping, or resale of GrowthLeak outputs without written permission is prohibited.

• GrowthLeak currently offers a free tier with a limited teaser report, a one-time Deep Scan ($14.99) with the full report, and an Autopilot subscription ($6.99/month) for recurring monitoring.
• Deep Scan is a one-time purchase. Autopilot renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You may cancel Autopilot at any time; cancellation stops future billing cycles. You retain access through the end of the paid period.
• Additional tiers may be introduced in the future. Only currently listed plans are available for purchase.

Your first payment is covered by a full 7-day refund window. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

GrowthLeak is not liable for business decisions you make based on audit scores, findings, or recommendations. In plain terms: use the scores as one input among many — do not rely on them as guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to GrowthLeak in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
